Account Growth Specialist
• Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (100+ outbound calls per day).
• Present business solutions at the VP and CXO levels in target organizations.
• Schedule online and onsite meetings/demonstrations for client Field Sales Representatives.
• Execute on outbound prospecting techniques to consistently hit monthly goals.

• Provides leadership to the team of Agents; including development of metrics for performance and productivity and ongoing coaching and skill development.

• Minimum 3 years of Supervisory and/or leadership experience required.

• Strong analytical skills; ability to manage large amounts of data in disparate systems, combine data and create spreadsheets, and maintain attention to detail.

• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Data mining and research for all company/client requirements.
• Utilizing existing CRM systems to pull data and create customizable reports .
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of statistical tools like JMP/Minitab would be an advantage.
• Familiarity in preparing P&L/financial reports.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform mathematic calculations and analyze.
• Translate stakeholders’ requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Must be professional in conduct and practice, and also reliable.
• Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Access, Excel and Power Point).
