Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize time effectively to search data and build qualified contacts/leads as per
    organizational parameters, performing effective research to maintain a continuous pipeline.
  • Make multiple outbound calls to prospects and develop opportunities through market
    analysis, relationship-building, and by providing technical information and explanations.
  • Ensure qualified appointments are set between the Right Party Contact and the
    Account/Client personnel.
  • Perform all necessary follow-through activities to ensure appointments are
    completed, including timely reminders via voicemail, email, and phone calls.
  • Constantly analyze and improve methods to increase conversations and conversions.
  • Actively participate in all organizational training and other initiatives.
  • Ensure hygiene and quality of work through punctuality and personal leave management.
  • Comply with all organizational policies while maintaining integrity and adherence to
    the Organization’s Code of Conduct.
Education and Experience:
  • 2–6 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
  • Proficient in English (written and oral).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Aggressive, adaptive, and driven to deliver on sales targets.
  • Highly proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Familiar with current market and technology trends.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication with convincing skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Constantly innovates and develops new ideas to improve outreach and conversion methods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and
    exceptional time management.
  • Self-starter with an analytical mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly appointment or qualified lead targets
